Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return a product. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return it within 30 days of the date of your order. The item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. If the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support at hello@agringahippie.com.au with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Its your responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely back to us. We suggest using a parcel service with tracking from Australia Post. A Gringa Hippie is not liable for missing returns.
Returned postage costs will not be refunded unless we are at fault.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Please note that shipping fees and a standard $10 handling charge per order are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items marked as final sale or items purchased during a clearance or flash sale.
